Getting Started

 

To use the membership system, you must set yourself up with a user account and tell the system who you are. To do this, from the home page, click on the “Become A Member” button on the left hand side of the page on the Navigation Bar. This brings you to the following sign up form labeled as “User Details.” Most of the fields are required, so it is wise not to skip anything.

 

NOTE: Pick a username that you can remember. This cannot be changed so, make sure you are happy with your selection. Also, if you don’t know what ICQ is, leave it blank.

 

Next to “Who are you?” select all positions that apply to you. If you select Regional Rep, USDF Management, Board Member or Executive Committee, an email notification is sent to the Systems Operator to grant (or deny) you access for those levels. So, you may not have access to everything right away.

 

 

 

When the form is completed, click on the “Sign Up” button on the bottom of the form. Upon successful sign up, you will receive the following message.  NOTE: There is a direct link to sign up as a member for the IDA. If you signed up as a coach, college rep or supervisor (or higher) you will also see a link that says, “Click here to begin your team’s registration.” This brings you to the Team Application Form. Or, you may simply click on the “back to the home page” link.
