Individual Application

You may access the IDA Individual Application from your sign up confirmation page or by clicking on “Individual Application” under the “Join the IDA” button on your navigation menu. NOTE: If you are already a member of the website, the form will pre-fill with your previously submitted information. Otherwise, you will be presented with a blank form and asked to provide a username and password in order to recall your application at a later time.

The first part of the IDA Individual Application consists of the member’s personal information including addresses, id numbers, graduation dates, school, date of birth, USDF info, etc…. Most of the fields are required, so do not skip anything. When you have completed the form, click on the “NEXT” button on the bottom of the form. REMEMBER, you may return to your application at any time for edits, updates or re-prints. However, once you are an active member in the IDA, certain fields may no longer be updateable.

The next page of the IDA Individual Membership Application process involves your riding history. Answer each question and complete the Riding Experience section as instructed. If you need more space (i.e. more lines) after you fill in the spaces that are presented, click on the “Add More Riding Experience.” This will insert an additional line for input. You may add as many lines as necessary.

When you complete this page, you may click on “PREVIOUS” to return to the first page of your application or you may click on “NEXT” to continue your application process.

The next page reflects the New Rider Classification Form. All riders will need to complete this form online.  Simply, select Yes or No next to each question.

When you have answered all the questions, you may click on “PREVIOUS” to return to the Riding Experience page or you may click on the “NEXT” button to finish the application process.

Upon successful submission of your information online, you will receive a Thank you message with some basic instructions. Remember, you must print, sign and submit the 3 forms presented on this page to your coach.
